How a business starts using WeSavve.

These are public-friendly docs. They explain the business process without exposing the hidden phone, voice, listening, and AI provider stack.

Step 1

Choose use case

Inbound calls, outbound lead follow-up, appointment booking, support, collections, real estate lead qualification, or custom workflow.

Step 2

Give knowledge

Website, PDF, Excel, Word, FAQs, brochures, product notes, objection handling, and forbidden claims.

Step 3

Approve script

Client approves greeting, pitch, qualification questions, escalation rules, WhatsApp/email follow-up, and compliance language.

Step 4

Upload leads

Use the portal CSV upload, Google Sheets, CRM push, or API. Required columns: name and phone. Optional fields improve personalization.

Step 5

Start campaign

Client reviews terms, clicks start, and can pause campaign from the portal. Reports refresh every 30 minutes during active runs.

Step 6

Review results

Download Excel report with duration, status, disposition, transcript, recording, summary, next action, and callback intent.
